MHMR is looking for a detailed oriented Group Facilitator SUBS to join our team. Asthe Group Facilitator SUBS you will coordinate and facilitate Celebrating Families groups with families enrolled in the Tarrant Family Recovery Court program. Celebrating Families is an evidence-based, trauma-informed, skill building program for families with children ranging from ages of birth to 18 years old. In this position, you will focus solely on leading families with infants, toddlers, and children birth to 5 years old through the curriculum. You will use a specific curriculum that focuses on attachment, early childhood development, bonding, the effects of trauma, and parenting. As an Early Childhood Group Facilitator, you will oversee the birth to 5 classrooms and, in addition to the curriculum, will provide developmentally appropriate activities for the children.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED
Preferences: Spanish-speaking, Associated Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
