Description The Private Wealth Management Tax Administrative Assistant plays a role at every stage of the tax compliance process. As a PWM Tax Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Tax Department. You are responsible for keeping track of the status of all tax returns within the department, and delegation of work from the tax advisors to the tax staff ensuring work is aligned, equitable and on track.
Primary responsibilities include
Maintain and update tax database on daily basis; tracking all clients, deadlines and filings
Process electronic filing of tax returns with emphasis on precise tracking and collation of finalized tax returns and mailings to clients
Oversee yearly archiving of client tax returns and documents
Tax research and analysis, billing support and general administrative functions
