*ABOUT THE ROLE: *The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing genuine care of Helping Hand clients and students, maintaining genuine mentorship of the RBTs/BTs, aligning with state regulations, law and HHs mission and policies. Ensuring Best Place to Work for all team members by monitoring and supporting them through guidance and the HH philosophy. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing behavior services to students and clients within Helping Hand programs and to provide leadership and supervision of the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). *SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:* * On-site position, weekdays, 40 hours per week * Salary range $68,000-$71,000/year (Exempt).
