About the Job
The Intern, Computational Biology contributes to the development of new diagnostic products using scientific and technical expertise in genomics and epigenomics. The Intern creates pipelines to identify and measure biomarkers in large clinical datasets, collaborates with other scientific teams to enrich and validate analyses, and contributes other projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Build tools that analyze and measure novel biomarker signatures to detect and monitor cancer signal in blood samples from cancer patients.
Process and interpret high volumes of data for the development and validation of methods.
Present scientific and technical data to colleagues in a clear and cohesive manner.
Work independently and prepare deliverables and project schedules.
Other projects as assigned.
