A 35+ bed Medical facility outside of Prairie City, Oregon is looking to bring on an Home Health RN to join the team. This hospital has 100+ wonderful staff members including a handful of staff RN's in the Nursing Department.  Reporting to the Home Health Manager, Home Health RN works with , Nursing Managers, Nursing Staff, and physicians, to ensure quality patient care standards are met in the Home Health Departments. The Home Health RN will also collaborate with other staff to ensure Federal, State, and The Joint Commission standards are also met. The RN will have a minimum of 6 months direct home health/hospice experience, while also having an active Oregon Nursing License.
