Summary The Staff Pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers and hospital staff. The Pharmacist ensures safe, optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes through the verification and dispensing of medication. All activities are done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount. *** This position will work a 7 on - 7 off schedule *** Qualifications: Graduate from an American Council accredited school of pharmacy Texas Pharmacy license or eligible for Texas license to practice as a registered Pharmacist is required Must obtain a Texas Pharmacy license and a Pharmacy Preceptor license within 90 days of employment (new graduates must obtain their Preceptor license within 90 days after one year of being licensed as a Pharmacist) Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required Cook Children's is an...
