Property Maintenance Technician Our long-standing professional property management company is in search of well-rounded property maintenance technicians to become part of our team. Skills, Knowledge & Personal Ethics: A good general knowledge of appliance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs, knowledge of safety procedures, safety minded, ability to work with reasonable deadlines, dependable, ability to accommodate a schedule of after hours and weekend emergencies as needed.
