Job Description Step into an instrumental role helping to support a growing and dynamic private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial focused on guiding individuals through life transitions with a specialization in divorce financial planning. This role provides client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. The client service associate serves as the liaison between the team, our clients, and other professionals with whom we interact. Primary duties include greeting clients, answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining client files and records, managing the practice calendar, working with vendors to ensure the overall appearance of the office, coordinating gifts and touch points such as greeting cards, and handling incoming mail and deposits.
