This position works Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:00pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reads, understands, and accurately follows Job Ticket Instructions, completes job ticket paperwork and obtains proper approvals. Sets up and adjust layouts to match data proofs, diagnose and troubleshoot errors and start up and shut down the production line; if changes are made ensure proper approvals are performed. Check machine for proper working order and make adjustments if machine is not functioning correctly; call Maintenance if needed Verify job duties with production assistants; provide verbal instructions to tasks that needs to be done differently, ensure understanding of expectations Ensure the product meets customer specifications and perform quality checks as needed Communicate efficiently and effectively with teams and completes end of shift production reports. Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent Previous print industry experience is a plus Sufficient computer skills to adjust machine according to product Understands job database software Ability to navigate through PC screens and menus Understanding of the delivery system equipment including: belts, timing, sensors, vacuums, and shingling Has knowledge and understanding of Version Camera position and font training, Print Camera positioning and font training and Cognex Label Camera positioning and training Ability to work over-time and/or weekends as needed Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to follow and communicate written and verbal instructions Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift Ability to move and position self to operate on, under and around machines Previous print industry experience is a plus * Inserter Operator or a Folder Gluer experience is a plus Compensation details: 20-26 Hourly Wage PI8c50b25d4ef5-29400-39198691
