Phoenix3 Collective is seeking an energetic, innovative, and passionate Vice President of Digital Marketing to shape, elevate, and perpetuate the value propositions of our brands across all digital channels. This pivotal role drives brand awareness, builds audience engagement, generates qualified leads, and fuels long-term business growth across the Collective. The VP of Digital Marketing leads the strategy and execution of digital initiatives spanning online channels, performance marketing, websites, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead generation. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is ideal for a multi-dimensional, entrepreneurial leader who thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-channel digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, organic social, and display advertising.
Create, manage, and optimize online ad campaigns designed to generate leads, increase traffic, and drive measurable business impact.
Use performance marketing, tracking, and analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, quantify results, and implement optimization strategies.
Oversee digital marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement and visibility across the organization.
Manage multiple B2B websites, including content updates, enhancements, SEO optimization, and conversion-rate improvements.
Maintain strong SEO/SEM practices aligned to search trends, competitive activity, and audience behavior.
Lead the development, publishing, and optimization of digital content across web, social, and email channels.
Develop lead generation programs that guide prospects through the full sales funnel.
Oversee email marketing strategy, content, automation flows, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion.
Ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across paid, earned, and owned digital touchpoints.
Drive community growth through organic and paid social channels, influencer partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives.
Strengthen brand awareness and credibility through digital activations, storytelling, and high-quality creative content.
Manage copywriting and graphic design resources to ensure consistent, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
Lead and influence digital team members and cross-functional partners with professionalism, clarity, and strategic vision.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and brand strategy teams to ensure digital initiatives support broader business objectives.
Oversee digital project management, timelines, strategic planning, and resource allocation in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, with strong exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven success leading cross-channel digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and digital content strategy.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence, inspire, and guide team members and external partners.
Advanced degrees or professional certifications in related fields are a plus.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and results.
Experience with Digital Marketing Tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Monday, ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva

Salary Range: $180K - $200K
