ResponsibilitiesThe 2026 Summer Internship Program runs from May 18 through August 7.
- Help locate, map, and document underground utilities using advanced survey and vacuum excavation tools.
- Work alongside a 2-person field team on 2D and 3D mapping projects.
- Collect and record data on vaults, utility poles, and overhead utilities.
- Operate survey equipment like VRS and GPR to gather accurate measurements.
- Safely expose and backfill utilities following industry standards.
- Follow traffic control plans and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep organized field notes, sketches, and digital records to support projects.
- Collaborate with survey crews to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
