Job Title: Project Manager About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager & Agile Coach to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within
Global Nexis Solutions. This role is embedded within the development team and works cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, agile coaching capabilities, and a proactive leadership style to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate project planning, release scheduling, and change management.
- Track and communicate progress toward goals and milestones.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and effectively.
- Agile Coaching & Team Enablement
- Provide agile coaching to development teams and product partners.
- Promote iterative and incremental delivery of value.
- Lead retrospectives and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support teams in staying focused, organized, and aligned with delivery goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate dependencies and foster communication across teams.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.

- Deep understanding of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum-at-Scale, SAFe, LeSS).
- Proven track record in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.
