About the role: We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of products and services to new and existing customers. In this role, you will support lead generation efforts, inform clients about new offerings, and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. You'll work across various accounts and product lines, helping to drive growth through effective outreach and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research prospective clients in target industries.
- Initiate contact through email, phone, and social media to generate interest. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends.
- Contribute to lead generation plans and pipeline development.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus-not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
