Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. Our Gaming Electrical Engineering team spreads worldwide, both in Europe and Asia, and focuses on the design of gaming peripherals including keyboards, mice, wheels, joysticks and more.

- Define the Future: Spearhead the development of an entirely new product line by defining its core Electrical Engineering (EE) architecture and vision.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a proactive technical lead, consolidating system architectures and providing strategic guidance to Project Leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate a multi-cultural, multi-site environment to bridge the gap between different technical functions, resolving trade-offs and ensuring seamless integration.
- Design Rigor: Lead design reviews, identify technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies (DR, tolerancing, and risk ranking).
- Operational Excellence: Lead the entire technical development process, ensuring we deliver world-class products that meet aggressive targets for cost, schedule, and user experience. Balance high-performance design with production costs, regulatory requirements, and manufacturability (DFM).
- Innovation & IP: Drive change and "out-of-the-box" thinking, Identify patentable technologies and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain Logitech's competitive edge.
Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Core Technical Depth: Proven experience with 32-bit MCU architectures and embedded protocols (USB, SPI, I2C, UART).
- RF & Power Expertise: Advanced knowledge of 2.4GHz RF system design and complex power management systems (including battery-powered optimization).
- System Mastery: Ability to visualize the "big picture"-understanding functional interfaces, system trade-offs, and architecture consolidation.
- Hands-On Ownership: A detailed, hands-on mindset combined with exceptional project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills to anticipate and overcome major technical resistance.
- Communication & Influence: Fluency in English with the ability to mediate disputes and promote collaboration avoiding silos, and to synthesize complex technical data for both engineering peers and executive leadership.
- Resilience: The ability to maintain concentration, tenacity, and a positive "team-first" attitude during high-pressure development cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership in consumer electronics (IoT, embedded systems, ARM-based platforms). Direct experience in the Gaming industry is a significant advantage.
- Team player with outspoken, open-minded and creative personality.
- Strong commitment, quick learner and self-motivated with good priorities and time management skills.
- A self-motivated "constant learner" who challenges the status quo and is eager to visit global suppliers and customers to perfect the product.
