二、岗位职责
销售目标达成:根据公司整体销售战略,制定所负责区域的年度、季度、月度销售计划,分解销售目标并推动落地执行,确保区域整体销量顺利达成。
经销商管理与拓展:负责现有核心经销商的关系维护与深度合作,定期开展客情拜访,解决合作过程中的各类问题,提升经销商满意度与忠诚度;精准挖掘空白区域市场机会,制定代理商开拓策略,高效完成空白区域覆盖,搭建并优化区域经销商网络体系。
全渠道拓展运营:统筹推进区域内线上、线下及行业渠道的全面拓展与深耕。线上渠道包括电商平台、本地生活平台等合作对接;线下渠道涵盖零售终端、商超卖场、电竞网咖等网点开发与维护;重点突破政企采购、教育、医疗、企业办公等行业渠道,形成全渠道协同发展格局。
品牌与市场维护:提升罗技品牌在区域内的市场影响力与市场份额,监督落实关键售点的品牌显现、产品陈列、促销活动执行等工作;确保必备SKU及新品的全面铺货与分销覆盖,同步开展产品知识培训与市场信息传递,提升渠道伙伴的产品推广能力。
市场分析与策略优化:定期开展区域市场调研,深入分析行业趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求变化,形成市场分析报告并提出针对性的销售策略优化建议;主动收集市场反馈与客户诉求,协调公司内部资源及时解决,维护品牌口碑。
销售数据与汇报管理:精准收集、整理区域销售数据,做好销售漏斗管理与业绩追踪,定期向上级提交销售工作报告、业绩分析及后续工作计划;
内部协作与团队支持:积极配合公司市场部门开展区域内品牌推广活动、产品发布会等营销项目;协同内部销售、技术、售后等团队,为渠道伙伴及终端客户提供全方位的支持与服务,保障销售工作顺畅推进。
