核心定位:统筹总代合作省份的业务增长,主导新渠道开拓与行业资源整合,确保业绩目标达成
二、核心工作职责
总代业务统筹管理:联合总代规划拓展省份业务,跟进备货与 ST 进度,协助总代管理自有 WSR,保障业务持续推进。
新渠道与行业拓展:开拓符合罗技标准的新渠道,打造行业拓展机会,落地核心 SI 承接方案,开发并维护跨行业联合合作伙伴。
业绩目标与流程管控:按公司策略达成季度 / 年度考核指标,建立标准化 Pipeline 流程,实现项目追踪可视化、可衡量、可复制。
支持与赋能:负责总代项目费用规划、核销,开展罗技产品知识培训,输出负责省份进销存报告与 Pipeline 项目跟踪记录。

四、任职资格要求
学历背景 本科及以上学历
