Due to business needs and expansion, we are seeking several 2nd Shift Press Operators to join our team where people matter, craftsmanship is valued, and innovation drives everything we do. If you’re an experienced press operator who takes pride in quality, safety, and precision work —
we want to meet you! Shift, Training & Pay • Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour for 2nd shift
• Training: Up to 3 months on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to ensure you’re fully prepared before transitioning to your permanent schedule
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00, based on factors such as industrial experience, previous flexographic web/digital press operator experience and overall qualifications.
How you will make an impact:As a Press Operator, you’ll play a key role in safely and effectively operating presses and finishing equipment, supporting processes that ensure every product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Your technical skill and attention to detail will directly contribute to productivity, quality, and overall success.
You will:
• Operate printing presses and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to keep production running smoothly

What Can You Bring: We’re looking for operators with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for producing high quality work.
Required Experience & Skills:• 2+ years operating flexographic web, digital, or similar printing presses with multiple print stations. Experience with multiple finishing processes including die cutting, cold foil, laminate/de-laminate to name a few.
• Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Ability to learn computer-based monitoring systems (PLC & inspection systems)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Adaptable, reliable, and a strong team contributor
• U.S. Citizenship, with the ability to meet Public Trust suitability requirements
