Job Description/Preferred QualificationsActs as the single technical contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing applications support and leading customer‑facing projects for ECI/KLA products. Serves as the technical bridge between customers, sales, product teams, and R&D to ensure successful product adoption and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead customer engagement projects from product introduction and demo arrangement to technical requirement alignment and acceptance issue escalation.
- Deliver applications support including product demonstrations, customer training, troubleshooting, and on‑site implementation.
- Assess customer needs, define technical requirements, and prepare product specifications in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Attend customer meetings, understand customer process requirements, and address technical questions effectively and professionally.
- Evaluate customer problems, escalate issues to R&D/Engineering, and drive follow‑ups on resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and coordinate workloads across multiple customer requests.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Report regional requirements and field updates to the product division.
- Provide necessary logistic support to all division supports.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of related applications or technical engineering experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
