https://www.jnj.com/medtechWe are searching for the best talent for Production Planning & Logistics Specialist Fixed term 12 Months to be in Juarez City.Key Role Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate detailed production schedule for assigned work centers that satisfies the requirements of the master production schedule.
- Contribute to the Production Planning team as an entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision.
- Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Production Planning Strategy
- Applies theoretical knowledge of the Production Planning field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.
- Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Production Planning area, under direct supervision.
- Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Production Planning and Scheduling area.
- Completes simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's production strategy.
- Review shortage reports to ensure materials arrive in a timely manner to meet production requirement.
- Responsible for modifications to the detailed production schedules within the MPS time horizons.
- Communicate constraints, unplanned events and production misses that will affect the detailed production schedule and/or master production schedule.
- Monitor, review, and update assigned data parameters.
- Monitor, review, and update open ERP orders and activity to ensure accuracy of MRP system.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Required & Preferred Skills:Required:- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
- English proficiency (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
Preferred:- Demonstrated experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- APICS/ASCM or similar professional certification is preferred.
