Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Our X‑ray inspection systems play a key role in advanced manufacturing and quality assurance. As an Integration Technician, you will be part of the final stage of building complex, multi‑disciplinary tools-making sure each system is fully integrated, stable, and ready for customer delivery.
What you’ll do
• Bring up and integrate system subsystems (X‑ray source & HV, detectors, motion stages, vacuum/pneumatics, interlocks, shielding).
• Perform calibrations and basic image‑quality checks to ensure stable performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across electrical, mechanical, and control subsystems and support root‑cause investigations.
• Execute integration procedures, test plans, and work instructions to ensure consistent build quality.
• Use basic Python/MATLAB scripts to collect or review system data and support tool qualification.
• Work with Safety/Facilities teams to follow radiation‑safety requirements and system compliance.
• Support internal readiness activities (FAT/SAT/demos) and assist with early‑phase system installs when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
• Practical Engineer - Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics
• 3+ years hands‑on integration or testing of electro‑mechanical systems
• X‑ray/NDT/medical/semiconductor tools-advantage
Previous experience in the semiconductor industry - an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Read schematics; operate scopes/meters
• Familiarity with motion control, PLCs, vacuum
• Work safely with high‑voltage
• Basic Python/MATLAB
*Good level of English
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, clear communicator
