What You Will Do- Assist the Directors of Learning Support Services and Academic Testing with a variety of tasks under the supervision of the Directors.
- Assist in developing marketing and advertising strategies to enhance the value of services to faculty and staff and to increase student usage of provided services.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external communities and Learning Support Services and Academic Testing in various capacities as requested.
- Prepare test materials and lab equipment prior to examinations or assessments and proctor exams for students.
- Serve as the unit liaison with Human Resources on personnel matters such as hiring, PEALEAV administration, payroll issues, contract entry, and department time entry.
- Serve on departmental and University committees, represent the offices at University events, and represent both unit Directors as requested.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Preferred - Experience working with college students in a student-centered learning environment,
knowledge of cognitive development and student development theories, and experience developing and implementing interactive training programs is highly desired. - The incumbent will have good communication skills, exhibit leadership ability, demonstrate the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects as necessary, and have working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and basic assessment practices.
