About the role: Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues. What you'll do : - Manages the sales team, book of accounts, and territory. Must demonstrate critical thinking skills to successfully help drive the growth and profitability ofthe assigned territory.
- Coordinates with the field sales team to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts.
- Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory (when bandwidth allows).
- Responsible for having knowledge of customers within the assigned territory and creating relationships at the operational level.
- Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has the ability to identify opportunities.
- Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them promptly to the Account Executive and Management.
- Travels / attends TD SYNNEX and Industry events depending on necessity (may have to).
- Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
- Possesses a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and can provide a value proposition to the customer base.
- Uses project management skills to complete customer requests.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Sales Teams.
- Prepare, validate, and manage sales documentation (quotes, order forms, internal requests, CRM updates).
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure commitments are delivered on time (meeting SLAs).
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Act as a communication bridge to ensure nothing crucial is missed.
What we're looking for: - 4-year degree and/or 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.

- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.
