Objectives of the Position• Achieving growth objectives through effective management of the sales team, direct customer engagement, and solution-oriented sales

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management
- 7+ years of experience in sales roles, preferably within MedTech or healthcare.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition, account management, and customer relationship management and contract negotiations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, set targets, and implement strategic sales plans
- Understanding of medical devices, their clinical applications, and regulatory requirements
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Comfort with evolving technologies and dynamic market conditions
- Building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and key opinion leaders
What you will need to succeed- Demonstrates strong initiative and follow through in executing project responsibilities, overcoming obstacles and balancing multiple priorities effectively through strong technical and/or project leadership experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills - The ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas and knowledge to upper management, other individuals, customers, e.g. Health Care Professionals and/ or teams across the organization is required.
- Demonstrated creative design ability.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload.
