COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PEDIATRICS (PED)
Base Salary: $245,000-$260,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Annual Bonus: Up to $15,000
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000-$30,000 negotiable
Relocation Assistance: Provided
Vacation & Paid Time Off: 22.5 days including vacation, sick, CME, plus 8-10 holidays
CME Allowance: Yes, supported and encouraged

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS PEDIATRICS (PED)
Patient Panel (PPD): 25-30
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Schedule: 4.5-day work week with half-day for administrative tasks
Call: 1 week every 7 weeks; hospital is 10 minutes from clinic; no C-section attendance required
Credentialing Support: 60-90 days
Licensing Assistance: Provided
