Business Analyst Intern, you will help build sustainable tools and deliver insights that strengthen our road maps and business team strategies. You will focus on analytics and research projects that enhance product strategy, commercialization, and brand activities. The reports created from multi-source data, will help the team move forward with actionable insights that inform strategy, pricing, and promotional decisions. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving ambiguous problems, and connecting analytics to real business outcomes. The role will report into a non-technical manager and be part of the business team / marketing organization.

Duration: 12 weeks (May-August)
Hours: 25 - 40 hours/week
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Itasca
Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week, Monday - Thursday, and remote Fridays
During your time with us, you will... - Develop and automate insightful reports using primarily Power BI and some Excel, based on available data and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate data into actionable insights
- Create reporting solutions that the business team can maintain after the internship ends, ensuring long-term value.
- Analyze multi-source data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform product strategy and commercialization plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support brand positioning and strategic initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights from data to improve decision-making across marketing and product management activities.
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively
What You Bring to the Team- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (academic or internship-based)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:- Prior Internship or applied analytics experience
- Ideal for junior standing (rising senior) or December 2026
