Description Client Success Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)OverviewThe Client Success Manager (CSM) for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) serves as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Veradigm RCM clients. This role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve optimal financial and operational outcomes using Veradigm’s RCM solutions, including PM/EHR platforms, practice management workflows, billing services, and analytics tools. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor driving adoption, addressing challenges, and aligning Veradigm capabilities with customer goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Strategic Support- Serve as the main point of contact for RCM clients, building strong, trusted relationships with practice leaders, billing managers, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews focusing on KPIs such as collections performance, clean claim rates, denial trends, AR days, and productivity metrics.
- Understand each client’s operational workflows and revenue cycle goals; develop tailored action plans to improve performance using Veradigm solutions.
- Partner with clients to drive adoption of new features, best practices, and optimization opportunities across the Veradigm ecosystem.
RCM Performance & Issue Resolution- Monitor account health and proactively identify trends impacting reimbursement, claims throughput, or workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal RCM operations, product, engineering, and support teams to resolve client issues in a timely, accurate manner.
- Analyze revenue cycle reports to provide insights around coding, claims management, payment posting, EDI transactions, and denials.
- Support onboarding transitions and ensure new clients are set up for RCM success.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration- Partner with Account Management, Support, Implementations, and Product Management to advocate for client needs and improvement opportunities.
- Provide client feedback to product teams regarding system enhancements, usability concerns, and feature requests.
- Assist with coordinating training resources and documentation to strengthen client workflow efficiency.
Client Retention & Growth- Increase client satisfaction by delivering measurable improvements in practice revenue and operational outcomes.
- Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities (analytics, add‑on modules, services) and collaborate with Sales/Account Management.
- Reduce churn by proactively managing client concerns, maintaining clear communication, and demonstrating ongoing value.
QualificationsRequired- 3–5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or RCM operations within healthcare technology or medical billing.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes: charge capture, coding, claims submission, ERA/EOB reconciliation, denials, appeals, and AR follow‑up.
- Experience supporting or working with EHR/PM systems and RCM tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial/RCM performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred- Experience with Veradigm, Allscripts, or other major ambulatory EHR/PM systems.
- Background in medical billing, practice management, or healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of RCM KPIs, industry benchmarks, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
- Project management experience (PMP or similar a plus).
Compensation Range:
$57,728-$80,243
