PRISM is dedicated to empowering the next generation of researchers, innovators, scholars and mentors by enhancing the postdoctoral experience and offering programming to prepare postdoctoral scholars and fellows (hereafter, postdocs) for impactful careers in academia, industry, government and beyond. The Director is responsible for developing and leading career and professional development training, collaborating with units across the University to advance initiatives to enhance postdoc success, promoting the achievements of postdocs and their mentors, and fostering a collaborative and integrated postdoc community.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
