The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of real estate investments, asset management, or acquisitions experience with an exceptional academic record, superior quantitative skills, analytical abilities, advanced proficiency with Excel and shortcuts, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communications skills. Experience with Argus and Yardi strongly preferred. Candidates should be conscientious, self-directed and entrepreneurial with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with teams. Candidates also need to have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition to base salary, a discretionary bonus will be offered. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
