Il Supremo is looking for a full time production cook to work in the mornings to handle prep for the week. This would be a Monday - Friday position. 7/8am - 3/4pm. Responsibilities would include:
- dough prep
- frozen pizza prep for retail
- ice cream prep
- line prep (tomato sauce, hot honey, roasted garlic, cutting vegetables, etc)
- fulfilling pizza / pasta catering orders on a need be basis
