Core Responsibilities Manage quantitative audience databases (survey design, data hygiene, reporting). Execute ad hoc data pulls, ensure accuracy, and craft narratives for decision-making. Translate findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations. Identify cohort-based trends and balance with broader strategic recommendations. Prioritize competing requests, focusing on highest-impact opportunities. Deliver concise, executive-level synthesis to influence marketing and product strategy. Manage vendor relationships and facilitate research program execution. Must-Have Skills Deep knowledge of qualitative & quantitative research methodologies. Strong bias for impact—ability to move from blank slate to solution. Highly proactive and self-driven. Nice-to-Have Skills Hardware product research experience. Skilled at managing challenging stakeholders. Strong collaboration credibility. Experience & Education 6+ years in quantitative research with large datasets (1st + 3rd party). Sociology, human studies, or related degree helpful but not required.
