Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting machining operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pulaski, WI 54162
Pay Range: $24.00-$32.00
Shift: Day shift
What's the Job?
Operate and set up CNC lathe machines, including Mazak and Smart machines
Perform fixture placement, alignment, and programming of CNC machines
Make necessary adjustments to programs and offsets to ensure parts meet specifications
Conduct in-process checks to verify quality and efficiency of production
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and clean finished parts
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC lathe machining, with 3-5 years preferred
Proficiency with Mazak Control language (Mazatrol) and Fanuc CNC language
Strong blueprint reading, math, and measurement skills
Experience with micrometers, dial calipers, and other measurement tools
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a team environment
