Job Description 12-15 years experience (overall) Has been a developer earlier (preferably Java / React-based projects) Has Technical depth in understanding and executing projects. If needed, can read code/get into discussions with Architects/customers in understanding or explaining solutions (should not be just coordinator/operations manager) Someone who has worked with an offshore team in India or can work with multi-geographical teams Should be proactive and accountable for end-to-end project execution.
