The ideal candidate will have a background in managing field execution during critical path construction scopes in a heavy industrial setting. This role involves coordinating daily work activities, maintaining safety compliance, tracking contractor performance, and ensuring timely progress reporting. Candidates should be highly organized, safety-focused, and capable of working within a high-paced, around-the-clock environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations during a scheduled maintenance event. Coordinate contractor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality expectations. Perform routine safety audits and submit reports through a mobile platform. Submit daily progress reports and track construction data including crew hours. Maintain open communication with site supervision and project stakeholders. Identify and help resolve field-level issues to maintain project schedule. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in heavy industrial environments. Proven leadership in field coordination, reporting, and contractor oversight. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, in a fast-paced setting.
