Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain robust API automation solutions to ensure high quality and reliable software delivery. Build, enhance and optimize automation frameworks using object oriented programming principles and best practices. Execute in sprint automation as part of agile teams, contributing as an individual contributor and SDET throughout the development lifecycle. Integrate automation suites with CI CD pipelines and ensure consistent reporting and traceability of test results. Analyze test outcomes, identify defects and work closely with development and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain clear documentation of test strategies, frameworks and execution results while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skill Extensive experience in automation testing with a strong focus on API automation. Proficiency in RestAssured, Java or JavaScript, NodeJS and solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts. Hands on experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab along with test management and reporting tools including Jira, Xray, Confluence and Allure Reports. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent communication skills. Proven experience working in agile environments with in sprint automation and ownership as an individual contributor. Desired Skill Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP. Experience with UI automation using WebDriverIO or Playwright and knowledge of database automation. Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong advantage.
