Requirements
Warm, welcoming presence and a natural sense of hospitality

Fine dining experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Job Duties
The Birdsong Host helps set the tone for the entire guest experience. Responsibilities may evolve with time and include:
Greeting guests and creating a warm, professional first impression
Managing the door and table flow to support service pace
Communicating clearly with the dining room and kitchen teams to coordinate seating and timing
Supporting guest needs throughout the meal (directions, coat check, farewells)
Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the host stand and entry area
Upholding the standards and culture of Birdsong
