We are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our outpatient clinic, providing exceptional care to patients in a dynamic, supportive environment. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid Minnesota medical license; IMLC accepted
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Proven experience with Medical Oncology and Hematology, including solid tumor coverage
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient cancer clinics
- Prior work in a hospital setting with a 590-bed capacity
- Additional certifications in oncology or hematology specialties
- Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2-3 years of experience practicing hematology and oncology in an outpatient setting
- Successful track record with EMR documentation and compliance
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start ASAP; credentialing within 90-120 days
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM
- Must support full-time coverage, including drive-in candidates if applicable
- Willingness to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure, certifications, and reimbursements
Competitive pay at $463.13 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, and travel allowances where applicable.
