Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in paper converting and packaging solutions, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the Sheeter, Boxline, Rewinder, and Packaging teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Workers
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range:
Shift: Multiple AM and PM Shifts available, including 10 & 12 hour shifts
What's the Job?
Assist the operator in ensuring production timelines are met efficiently
Help with the setup and general maintenance of machinery, including Sheeters and Rewinders
Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas for shipment or storage
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Complete required paperwork accurately and understand internal job tickets

No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
