Overview We are seeking highly qualified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional outpatient urology care. This full-time locum position offers a chance to work with a respected team, delivering comprehensive services in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. The role begins immediately upon credentialing, with coverage starting in March, providing a stable opportunity in a supportive environment.
Required Skills - Valid licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Urology specialty experience is mandatory
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of outpatient urology procedures and protocols
Nice to Have Skills - Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting
- Ability to assist with urological procedures and minor surgeries
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience - Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in urology or related specialties
- Proven track record of providing high-quality outpatient care
Other Requirements - Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary state licenses and credentials
- Willingness to travel if required (reimbursements provided)
