Required Skills: Valid and active Kentucky medical license Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in hospitalist services, particularly in OB/GYN settings Strong clinical skills with a focus on emergency and C-section procedures Ability to work 24-hour shifts reliably and independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Clean background with no prior issues Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in hospitalist roles in a high-volume hospital Bilingual abilities to enhance patient care Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, preferably in hospitalist settings Active Kentucky medical license in good standing Other Requirements: Must drive to the hospital (no airfare consideration) Willingness to work 24-hour shifts within a rotation No phone calls or emails; all communication should be through LocumSmart Candidates must have a clean background with no unresolved issues Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other related expenses as applicable Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Bring your expertise and dedication to a role that makes a real difference in patient lives.
