Clinical Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad referral base
20-30 patients per day in clinic
Perform surgeries at:
- Blanchard Valley Hospital
- Bluffton Hospital
- Findlay Surgery Center
Advanced technology: Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion
Collaborate with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
APPs take primary call; physician provides backup only
Hospitalist team handles inpatient management
Optional teaching of medical students and APP trainees
