Description The Manager, Growth Marketing is a strategic and hands-on marketer responsible for driving pipeline creation, accelerating conversion across the sales funnel, and optimizing campaigns that support revenue growth. This role blends data-driven experimentation with strong storytelling and GTM execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare technology (preferably electronic health records (EHR), revenue cycle management (RCM), or adjacent provider-focused solutions), and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
Essential Functions - Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing programs (email, digital, paid media, events, website, nurture) that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline
- Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization tied to MQL, SQL, and revenue goals
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align messaging and targeting across segments and funnel stages
- Analyze funnel performance and campaign effectiveness; translate insights into clear recommendations and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations team to define lead routing rules, scoring models, and SLA alignment with Sales
- Support whitespace and ABM marketing strategies to drive expansion within existing accounts
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Report campaign performance regularly, providing visibility into KPIs, ROI, and optimization plans
- Stay current on healthcare provider trends, market dynamics, and competitive shifts to inform campaign strategy
Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience
- 2–5 years of relevant growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B technology or healthcare technology environments
- Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred, especially experience with EHR, practice management, and/or revenue cycle solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
- Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment with a clear understanding of MQL/SQL definitions, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Creative problem solver who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with new tactics
Compensation Range:
$84,520-$117,483
