We’re Hiring: CNC Operator
Pay: $25.00 – $27.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 10-hour shifts | Overtime & weekends during peak periods
Location: El Segundo, CA
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to support a fast-paced, high-volume trade show production environment. This role focuses on operating 3-axis CNC router machines, assisting with basic CAD work, and collaborating with designers and production teams to meet tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Operate 3-axis CNC router machines in a production setting
Assist with basic CAD shape creation as needed
Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and team leads using provided cut files
Perform routine equipment maintenance following manufacturer guidelines
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of CNC router experience in a production environment
Proficiency with V-Carve Pro and CNC-related software (MultiCAM or similar)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Associate degree, trade school completion, or equivalent experience (3+ years CNC) will be considered
Schedule & Requirements
Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Weekend availability during peak production periods
