Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Forklift Operator
Location: Milltown, NJ
Pay Range: $21.40 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Training 7am-3:30 pm for 3 months)
What's the Job?
Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach forklifts, and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of products
Move products to designated staging or warehouse locations
Pick, stage, and transfer materials according to work orders
Perform quality checks and assist with cycle counts as needed
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment
Good communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
