Schedule

2 4 days per week
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends, no call
Provider may float between multiple clinic locations as needed
- Possible to float between clinics in a single day based on patient schedules

Practice Details

Patient Volume: patients per day
Patient Population:
- Personal injury cases
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Slip & fall injuries
- Post-operative follow-ups
No surgical consults
EMR: Paper charting
- Same-day notes required

Procedures

Primarily evaluation and follow-up care
Shoulder injections (rare)
- Not required if provider is not comfortable

Requirements

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
- Previously certified candidates accepted if certification has lapsed
Active Pennsylvania license required
- IMLC considered, but local candidates strongly preferred

Credentialing

7 14 days (expedited)
