As the Operations Analyst, you will act as a liaison and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-divisional business teams, TLG leadership, and travel advisors to support lead-generation intiatives within and across Travel Leaders Group. This position requires a mix of interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
You will work with team members and key business stakeholders to oversee and suport strategic and tactical lead-generation opportunities through:
Hands-on lead follow up with travel advisors and business leaders
Track bookings through lead management toolsAgent profile updates and enhancements, including some creative writingConduct ad-hoc proprietary applications training for travel advisorsAdditionally, some Project Management and Business Analysis work will be required to support new and ongoing lead-generation projects.
