As a Subcontract Analyst, you will be part of the Subcontract Management & Procurement (SM&P) Shared Services supporting operational functions. What's the Job?
Support operations of the Subcontract Management & Procurement (SM&P) Shared Services team by performing transactional functions supporting third-party services.
Utilize SM&P templates to compile and create compliance documentation in accordance with federal regulations, including purchase control records and subcontract modifications.
Manage a queue of work to meet service level agreements (SLAs) efficiently and accurately.
Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to ensure clarity and engagement with internal teams and external suppliers.
Cultivate strong business relationships across all levels within customer and supplier organizations to achieve operational objectives.
What's Needed?
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility in managing multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Interest in learning new systems and managing data effectively.
Knowledge of Federal procurement and contracting, including FAR and CPSR compliance, is preferred.
