Körber Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving a shared Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment that services both
JAM and Almo. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical expertise, business process insight, and the ability to lead through complexity.
What you will do
The Körber Business Analyst partners with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will support implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of the Körber platform while ensuring alignment across multiple business units. Experience with JDE is a strong asset.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of Körber WMS initiatives, from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
- Support a shared WMS environment serving both JAM and Almo, ensuring business processes are well understood, documented, and aligned
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues across the Körber ecosystem, including integrations, reporting, and third-party applications
- Partner with warehouse leaders, IT teams, project managers, developers, and implementation partners to resolve system challenges
- Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
- Perform fit/gap analysis and develop practical recommendations and implementation plans
- Create cross-functional process maps for current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") operations
- Quantify issues, document findings, and provide supporting data for escalation and decision-making
- Prepare and deliver end-user training; support the development of WMS Super Users and trainers
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and support requests within established service levels
- Ensure WMS solutions meet operational needs and support continuous improvement
- Continuously build technical, functional, and operational knowledge through collaboration and self-learning
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Körber WMS
- Proven experience with system implementation, integration, and solution delivery
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and fit/gap analysis
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into practical system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) is an asset
- Experience preparing and delivering training is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English required (English required due to business operations across Canada and the U.S.)
