Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe
Graduate Electrical Engineer plays a key role in designing, reviewing, and implementing electrical systems for automated production equipment. You will support installation, commissioning, and validation activities, ensuring all work meets national, international, and Johnson & Johnson electrical standards and directives. Electrical safety and regulatory compliance are paramount in this role.
Design & Review:
- Assist in developing electrical designs for automated equipment and control systems.
- Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for compliance and functionality.
Installation & Commissioning:
- Execute electrical installations for new equipment and upgrades.
- Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, and associated hardware.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to IEC, ISO, and local electrical standards, as well as internal company standards.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement robust electrical safety measures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Contribute to automation projects and technology upgrades.
Education & Experience:- Recent Graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026)
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of electrical design principles and control systems.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, industrial networking, and robotics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
