Job ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: - Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule
- Conduct onsite supplier approval audits and development
- Conduct onsite supplier PPAP process and documentation
- Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
- Oversee Corrective Action resolutions and product returns
- Liaison to assembly line for component/product issues in assembly
- Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within all aspects of Trijicon
Job RequirementsJob Requirements: - BS Degree or equivalent in Quality related field
- 5+ years Quality Engineering experience, Supplier Quality Engineering preferred
- CQE/CSQP/CQA certification preferred
- Experience in Forgings, Machining, and Electronics
- Proficient in APQP, PPAP, Product Launch, Corrective Actions and Supplier Development
- Strong ethics, integrity with leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
- Attentive to detail, able to effectively prioritize, able to effectively multi task
- Dependable and reliable
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with complex problems involving a few concrete variables/details in variable situations.
