Job Title: Production Associate
Location: New Bedford, MA
Shifts & Pay:
Weekend Shifts:
Weekend A: 11pm - 11am Fri & Sat
Weekend B: 11am - 11pm Sat & Sun
Weekend C: 11pm - 11am Fri, 11am - 11pm Sun
All Weekend Shifts have 2 additional 8 hour weekday shifts required | Double time on Sundays | $20.08 per hour
weekend shift associates must have flexibility to train Mon - Fri for a few weeks
What’s the Job?
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of premium Titleist golf balls. Key responsibilities include:
Operating machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
Performing quality inspections and handling materials
Meeting production goals and timelines
Working independently or as part of a team
Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must:
Have reliable transportation to/from the facility
6+ months experience in mechanical or machine operation environment
Be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Treat others with professionalism and respect
Be willing and able to work overtime when required
